Emergency FHE

Tonight we had a very successful emergency prepardness fhe. We still have a few things on the to do list for the next few days but by the end of the week if there is an emergency we won't be eating rancid applesauce from our 72 hour kits. The boys will have warm clothes that actually fit them from back packs in the car. We will have light when there is no electricity from newly placed flashlights.

Our night included a fun trip to the dollar store buying things to stock our emergency kits. Clay was stylin in his basketball shorts and snow boots. I had to snap a picture. I'm pretty sure the dress code is even less than Walmart so we weren't concerned.

There is so much more to do, but I am feeling a little more at ease. Now just hoping nobody has nightmares about earthquakes and fires.
