We made it through Thanksgiving and had one of the most fun days of the year - putting up the Christmas decorations! Although, it is a little bit of a pain, but the BEST when it is all done and you can sit back and enjoy it all. One tradition that has followed us from Brandon's family is that everybody gets a new ornament every year. In fact, the boys' tree is decorated with a lot of Brandon's ornaments from his childhood. So, the first present this year was a new ornament for each of the boys...
...that's right, BYU ornaments for their first year in Utah...
The boys decorate their very own tree. They happen to have a perfect little window nook in their room...
Once the decorations are up and the tree is decorated, everyone gets another present. Can you guess what that might be? Christmas pj's of course...

Cute idea with the ornament. We always got ours Christmas morning and had to wait the next year to put it up, but alas your traditions solves my problem!! I love Spencer in his glasses. He looks so cute!!
BYU? That is awesome. Joseph's dad would be EXCITED! :) Love the boy's pajamas. Our ornament that we bought last year was a Santa BBQ'ing in shorts. I thought it was fitting for us being in AZ.
