When Mom's Away, the Kids Play - Colorado Version
Notice in all these first pictures, they are in their undies. Nothing new about that though, that is how they are whether Cami is gone or not.
This is Clay's room.
Here is Spencer cleaning up Clay's room. By the way - nice slippers Spencer (they are a new pair that Cami just got).
This is day two of the weekend. We slept out in the front room last night (a tradition that the boys do about twice a month). We pull the matresses off the beds and make popcorn and watch a movie.
It is fun when mom leaves, but nice to have her around. Spencer and Koby both have told me more than once that they miss Clay and Mom and are excited to have them back.

We caved...
and bought a minivan. I am not sure if I feel "in" or "out" now! I told Brandon that I don't know if I am ready to be defined by a van. But, we are actually excited about it after cramming three huge car seats in the back of our 4Runner. The boys think it is awesome, I think they just like to be far from mom! Koby got in when we looked at it, sat in the back, said "Feel's good, let's get it," and got right back out. So, I've joined all the other Mormon moms out there - Feels good!

Fishing for Compliments
So, I chopped my hair and I am really not feeling great about it. I was hoping it would be about three inches longer than it is, which makes a huge difference because I can't wear it curly or put it in a ponytail. It means it is just to my chin rather than below (and super short when it is tucked) and that really makes me self concious. I do like the cut, just not so much myself in it. Help me boost my self esteem right now!
